We are an experienced team of psychologists trained in several therapeutic modalities.
We support adults, young people, and parents by providing a caring and supportive space to promote well-being and growth during challenging circumstances.
We are ACC registered and specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety and stress.

Life can be overwhelming at times, and when we face difficult circumstances, it can feel as though the weight of our experiences holds us back from living fully. My role as a psychologist is to walk alongside you on your healing journey, offering a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgment.
I specialize in working with individuals who have faced trauma, whether it’s rooted in past abuse, sexual trauma, grief, or sudden life changes. I also support those experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or navigating the complexities of trauma recovery.
Trauma can leave us feeling disconnected - from ourselves, from others, and from the world around us. Together, we will work to rebuild those connections, at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is ground in empathy, evidence-based techniques, and a deep belief in the strength and resilience within each person.
Healing is not just about addressing pain; it’s about rediscovering hope, reclaiming joy, and reconnecting you with your inner sense of self. I am here to help you navigate this journey, offering guidance, tools, and support along the way.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing, I’m here to help you move forward.

I am an ex-teacher who not only taught a culturally diverse group of children, including those challenged by special needs, exceptional traumatic lives and learning challenges, but also young adults and adults. This sparked my passion further never to give up and look until a solution has been found.
My passion to make a difference and live up to my purpose in life (to give all people the spark of hope that ignites the process of continuous change in their lives and the lives of others) encourages me, as a psychologist, for the past twenty years to create a safe, nurturing and secure space to help and support children, young adults and adults to be brave to approach difficult and uncomfortable issues as well as to heal, connect with their inner selves and to develop the qualities and strengths to ultimately live a more optimal and meaningful life.
I enjoy and I am currently privileged to be part of people’s lives in areas such as trauma, attachments, emotional difficulties (depression, anxiety, anger, stress), relationships and family difficulties within a private practice.

I am registered psychologist both here in New Zealand and Australia. I have been registered in Australia since 2013 and then registered in 2016 in New Zealand when I moved back. I have had extensive experience in the area of mental health in adults, children and adolescents. In Australia I worked with a community organisation working with child and adolescent mental health and then moved to work with the Early Psychosis team with both adolescents and young adults. Upon returning to New Zealand I have worked with the Ministry Of Education, Oranga Tamariki as well as concurrently working in Private Practice.
In my spare time, I also assist in supporting a not for profit organisation who work with self-esteem and self-empowerment workshops.
I have a dynamic, collaborative, and flexible approach to therapy and assessment with the goal of creating a safe and comfortable space to facilitate change. I am passionate about creating a meaningful and sustainable change to achieving better health and life outcomes for all my clients. I work with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and mindfulness-based approaches to help achieve this.
